| Description: | Dutton Ranch farms more than 80 separate vineyards in the Russian River Valley. The vineyards used for this wine are certified Sonoma County Sustainably-Farmed and Fish-Friendly, are dry-farmed, and historically produce grapes of consistent character. Fermented and aged in both stainless steel and oak barrels, this wine bursts with citrus aromas; lemon, lime, and grapefruit prevail on the palate accompanied by notes of fresh guava and peach. The bright, lengthy acidity results in a long finish. This versatile wine would complement light fare such as arugula salad with melon and proscuitto or a shrimp cocktail. |
