| Description: | "les Comptes". The wine is considered dry, but there is a detectable 4g/L of Rs, mostly because it makes the wine better in so many ways. Succulent white peaches, dried orange peels, green apples, pears, white nectarines and fruits blossoms. Full bodied on the palate, there is a lot of wine for the flavors to hang onto and the acid washes away any of the lingering Rs. A food pairing dream, doing things not many other wines are capable of. |
