Co-fermented and carbonically macerated, a lot of trust/knowledge/experience is instilled in the process to produce a balanced wine. A light color matches pretty aromas of dried roses, violets and spiced cranberries. Darker fruits of red plums and blood oranges balance encroaching acidity for a full mouthful of delightfully vibrant fruit. |
