Dry, minerally, and floral with fruit character reminiscent of tangy red berries, and white cherry, this rosé leans a bit more toward what we might describe as "Provençal" in style than it has in previous vintages – light in color and body but bold in flavor and aroma! Serving Suggestion: Delightful with pea shoot salad, nectarine sections and grilled 'n chilled shrimp; Chicken with Caesar salad dressing and romaine lettuce on a grilled roll. |
