His daughter now makes the wines, maintaining the emphasis on quality. The Carte Noire or "Black Label" comes from Grand Mouton, one of the best vineyards in the region. Fresh Aromas of green apples, biscuit, and white flowers, with high acidity on the palate. Lots of fun, to be drunk with seafood. |
