| Description: | The 2018 Côtes du Roussillon Villages Vieilles Vignes is a blend of 45% Grenache, 40% Carignan and 15% Syrah, all aged in tank for 16 months. Boasting remarkable fruit purity, it combines the black cherries of Grenache with the raspberries and herbs of Carignan and the blueberries and cracked pepper of Syrah. Medium to full-bodied, supple and generous, yet not flabby or soft, it's a terrific example of this cuvée, showing ample concentration and length on the finish. |
