It's a throwback to what Provence rosé was 100+ years ago: dark (still dry), complex, almost in the light red category with juicy candied fruit and some caramel and hazlenut on the lingering finish. If you want something a little different this rosé season this is a fascinating example that's still a joy to drink chilled on a hot summer day. |
