These are combined with the mineral rich water from El Volcan de Tequila and distilled in copper pot stills. Aged to perfection in American & French oak, this is the perfect marriage of their finest Aejos and exclusive Reserve Extra Anejos giving this 100% additive free tequila great depth and complexity. Nose : Starts off with a strong note of orange peels that slowly transforms into honey that is drizzled over vanilla ice cream, with some faint leather notes to balance out the sweetness. Palate : Crisp dried apple with cherries complemented with cooked agave, vanilla and pink peppercorns with just a bit of butterscotch. Finish : On the exhale the rich and fruity palate ends with a drying finish laced with black pepper. |
