| Description: | Located at the farthest tip of South East Italy, COS has really been a front runner in the natural/minimal intervention wine movement. The soil here is so rich it has historically grown everything well, and luckily for us the economy calls for grapes. This 100% Nero d'Avola is only in concrete tanks and bottle which leads to extremely juicy fruit notes of dark cherry, raspberry, ripe plum and blackberry. Moderate acidity and tannin round out the finish. |
