The vineyard terroir is very chalky and stony for perfect drainage but has the potential to overheat in the sunny, south–southeast exposure. The Chardonnay grapes are fermented and matured in oak barrels for 18 to 20 months.This complex, powerful, full-bodied wine has aromas and flavors of honey, toast, white flowers and white-fleshed fruit.
