| Description: | "Yellow bright colour. The nose is finally open and shows intense fruity aromatics, after being closed and tight for almost the entire elevage period. The palate is pure with an obvious limestone signature: slight reduction, tight acidity, ample structure. The finish is long lasting and the acidity is mouth-watering. This wine will most probably shut again before reaching its best drinking time in the distant future. In this case, decanting will help." —winemaker |
