The blend of 60% Malbec and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon has a heavy Bordeaux influence with aromas of plums, anise, sage, underbrush and blackberries. The vines from 1935 in sand, clay and gravel soils have created a wine which has aged gracefully with tertiary aromas as well as earth, bitter chocolate and pencil shavings. |
