| Description: | (93 Points). End of May 2020, The Wine Advocate. The only red produced in 2018 is not exactly any of the two reds produced between 2014 and 2017. It's probably something in between, as the 2018 Tinto is a blend of the reds fermented in 2018, a blend of the lots they liked the most, with Caíño Longo, Brancellao and possibly some Sousón grapes fermented in open-top vats and matured in an oak foudre and a troncoconic oak vat. It's a translucent dark ruby color and has an elegant, perfumed and floral nose, with good ripeness and good balance. It's medium-bodied, with fine tannins and a textured mouthfeel. There were 3,400 bottles and 242 magnums produced. It was bottled in August 2019. |
