| Description: | Disgorged 12/2022. An assemblage of organically 45% Chardonnay, 45% Pinot Noir and 10% Pinot Meunier all organically farmed, drawn from the crus of Puisieulx (Reims), Champvoisyof Puisieulx (Reims), Champvoisy (Valley of the Marne, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger and Epernay. 2015 base vintage blended with one-third reserve wines. It was aged three years on the lees and disgorged in December 2022. The vineyard is cultivated, like a gardener, in a constant search for quality. It is from this spirit of the estate that Aurore was first born, a blend, fresh, creamy, dynamic, complex, intended to be a Champagne for sharing. The nose provides intense aromas of brioche and white fruits.On the palate, we find white-fleshed fruits that rub shoulders with pastries, the delicate bubble offers a creamy and seductive touch. |
