It tastes dry, soft, warm and rightly tannic. Full bodied, it has a persistent and intense finesse. Winemaking Technique: Fermentation with submerged cap in stainless steel silos. It ages in Slavonian oaks and in 2nd hand barriques. It refines in the bottle. |
