| Description: | The history of Brandy in Napa Valley goes back over a hundred years, capitalizing on the region's propensity for grape growing. Unlike Bourbon, there are no laws for aging, allowing this to be aged in spent tawny port barrels from V. Sattui as well as new French oak barrels, barreled down using the solera system. Aged for a minimum of 4 years, the grapes are from the Italics Vineyard in the Coombsvile Ava. There are heavy Bourbon qualities in the glass with burned caramel, vanilla, oak and spice. |
