Description: | The oldest and most prestigious vineyard of the Rhône valley is behind this cuvĂ©e, raised in our wine cellar by Anthony Paret in tribute to his father. The implantation of vine on the abrupt soil located on the brown hill and the blond hill, does not allow mechanisation and carry on working by the old-fashioned way, on man's back. After 2 years of growth in new barrels only, the « serine » (old Syrah) exhale its floral aromas and its soft fruits aromas, which mature bit by bit with the aging of the wine. The colour of the wine is a beautiful ruby red. In tasting, depending of the maturation, open it between one or three hours before the degustation and pour it with temperature located between 16 and 18°C (decant the 5th first years).
