There is a slight red tint to the blend of 65% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Meunier and 15% Chardonnay from 2016 vintage, providing optimal weight and drastic acidity. Red fruits, rose petals and blood orange citrus are broad shouldered, providing the structural support for the seemingly lower than "brut" dosage. |
