| Description: | This is sourced from the estate's oldest vines in the Hasel and neighboring vineyards (including one small parcel in the Gaisberg) and was picked around the same time as the Allrams' Hasel vineyard-designate. Scents of apple, honeydew and snap pea translate into a crisp, juicy, subtly piquant presence on a polished palate, where they gain rich earthiness and subtle sweetness from flavors of summer squash. The finish delivers tangy brightness and an animating sense of interaction between juicy apple and snap pea on the one hand and crystalline stony impingements on the other. |
