| Description: | ZD's Sauvignon Blanc is fermented in a blend of 43% American Oak, 30% concrete, and 27% stainless steel. This is done for complexity's sake, as the different fermentation vessels exemplify different aromas, flavors, and textures. The wine maintains its 100% certified organic varietal purity coming from the Yountville AVA in Napa. Complex, ripe and seamless, aromas of candied peach and pear lead into lemon rind, nectarine, and floral notes. Round and lush on the palate, dense flavors of green apple and ripe citrus are complemented by refreshing acidity that leads into a long and smooth finish of citrus zest leaving you eager for more. |
