With great care and vision the site is being rehabilitated in concert with the natural habitat by employing true dry-farming, sustainable practices, and sheep as natural (and very cute) mowers. The wine made from these centenarian vines presents a powerful yet elegant side of Zinfandel. May they continue to be fruitful for another century to come! |
