| Description: | Since our origin in 1888, the House of Glunz has been a merchant bottler, bringing in barrels of fortified wine from Europe which we bottled in the cellar of our historic shop. Before the prohibition, we were buying barrels of Bourbon and Rye. Louis Glunz II was one of the first to bottle a 20 Years Old Bourbon for commercial production. We still have some of these now rare bottles of Madeira, Sherry, Cognac, Scotch, Bourbon & Rum in our Spirits Library. We no longer bottle anything in our cellar, but we are still able to use our contacts to source and import exceptional casks. This single cask bottling was hand-selected and is limited to 340 bottles. |
