| Description: | A balanced wine, made with endemic Loire grape varieties. These old vines are harvested manually in 25 kg crates, for selective sorting of the grapes before processing. The vinification is done in whole bunches in order to condense the aromas present in the pulp and the skin of the grapes, all without added sulphites. All the ingredients are there for a wine of pleasure, it envelops the palate with a balance between crunchy black fruit and its peppery tannins that structure the mouth. An original mouth for a variety to discover with a grill, red meat, roast pork, lamb, dish in sauce. |
