| Description: | With another winner under the Craft category, is their American Whisky Sherry Barrel Finish. It is 100% malted barley, aged 7 years and finally finished in candied sherry barrels. Aromas of beeswax, apple orchards, toffee, almond brittle, tanned leather, and hints of citrus zest dance out of the glass. On the palate, toffee, honey, sliced apples, toasted pine nuts coffee, and orange zest. The finish is long and oily with lingering flavors of orange zest, Manuka honey, and coffee. The complexities of flavors and aromatics has made this bottling from Moylan's the favorite among our staff here at Sfwtc, and we know it will be a favorite in your drink rotation as well. |
