Barriques are widely employed at the estate, but the Ravera is aged only in large casks. Its cherry aromas are subdued but the attack is fresh. The palate doesn't lack concentration but the acidity confers lift and drive. It's spry, precise, elegant, well balanced and long. Drinking Window 2020 - 2035. |
