| Description: | The clear, light lemony-hued Dry Riesling by Rudolf Furst evokes childhood memories of Lemon Warheads on the nose. it's quite vibrant and engaging. with a hint of barely ripe nectarine. On the palate more of that lemon and salted nectarine comes through. It is super clean, not too aggressive on the acid, with a crisp, bright and Dry finish. It gets the tastebuds going. A thirst-quencher indeed! Enjoy chilled on it's own, with seafood, salads or with chicken. Taking the reins from his father Paul (who still helps in the background) Sebastian Furst is making great wines from Franken grown on red sandstone (which is older than limestone), and making elegant, graceful wines that stand out amongst others. |
