Powerful aroma and character, expressing ripe fruit, roasted coffee and wood. The palate is ripe and tasty, powerful and elegant, with spice, ripe red fruit and chocolate. A good acidity that adds freshness and elegance. Refined on the palate, and a long, persistent, harmonious finish. Ideal with game meat, rice, cheeses, poultry, casseroles, stews, roast pork, lamb and beef. |
