Expressive, juicy and seductive, with baking spice, lemon-lime and Bosc pear flavors in harmony, supported by vibrant acidity and a minerally undertow. Very intense at the moment, so wait a few years, though the subtle sweetness makes this more approachable now. Best from 2021 through 2033. Wine Tasting Notes. Bright golden in color with a flinty minerality and an animating very well integrated tartness. The opulent ripe yellow fruit with pineapple and mango as well as a hint of elderberries and a pinch of salt in the after taste make this wine memorable. Very well balanced with lots of facettes. Matches delicate dishes perfectly. Great with salads, poultry but also with Curries or a Risotto. |
