| Description: | 95% Rye Small Batch This Rye Whiskey Consists of 95% Rye & 5% Malted Barley, Never Chill Filtered, As it Should be.Color Rusty Orange Nose The nose is pleasant with sweet notes of cinnamon, burnt brown sugar, vanilla, and orange cream. Rye spice and grass is present as well, but not overly dominant. Palate The rye characteristics are much more prominent on the palate than they were on the nose. Along with the classic rye notes are hints of clove, caramel and dark honey. Finish The finish is long and spicy with more of the rye, clove, caramel and honey notes carrying through from the palate. There is a slight drying effect late on the finish as well. |
