| Description: | I have never been to Argentina, but I am told this is the style of Malbec that the locals drink and the over-ripe "fruit juice" is made for the export market. We don't pay attention to points, but this producer scores big for an inex[ensive bottle. Lightly meaty with blackberry, plums, cassis, and herbs. The fruit is a bit absent on the nose, but make an appearance on the mid-palate with more herbs. There is A Lot of wine in the bottle for the price! |
