| Description: | The region of Minervois might be considered Languedoc, but its rugged hills above the city of Minerve give the grapes the verve to maintain its ripeness. This particular Château is located in the northern reaches of said region. The blend here is 60% Syrah, 30% Grenache and 10% Carignan. It has a nice juicy nose of blackberry and ripe plum with a silky texture on the mid-palate. Finishes with mountain herbs and medium weight. |
