Bulleit Bourbon, 750ml
| Description: | In 1830, the first batch of Bulleit bourbon was crafted by Augustus Bulleit, with a mash bill containing two-thirds rye and one-third corn. After Augustus's passing in 1860, production ceased until 1987 when Tom Bulleit oversaw the creation of the modern-day blend, honoring the original recipe with a higher rye content. The brand was acquired by Seagram in 1997 and introduced to the US market in 1999. Diageo took over Bulleit in 2000, but the company currently sources its bourbon from an unknown supplier. The brand offers a 10-year and cask strength version in addition to their rye whiskey, all distilled by Bulleit Distilling Co.
