From the #1 district in Argentina, Cafayette the elevation leads to very cools nights and the terpines love the cool nights, they are very small molecules and work better in cold climates. A very zesty and bright style with a good amount of that perfume and floral quality buy a very zesty and balanced style with pretty orange zesty and wonderful texture on the tongue smooth and creamy, one of the best examples of this varietal that I have ever tried has wonderful exotic fruit and perfume but also has lovely balanced and is quite rich and long on the finish, zesty tongue tingly acidity leaves the impression of effervescence.
