| Description: | The 2020 Meursault 1er Cru Charmes (Domaine Louis Jadot) exhibits aromas of popcorn, green apple, pear and orange oil. Medium to full-bodied, ample and fleshy, it's a rich, open-knit rendition of this site, derived from the holdings of the erstwhile Domaine Prieur-Brunet. William Kelley 89-91. A slightly fuller yellow, plumper, some vanilla, offering the expected Charmes amplitude, rounded, with pear and peach notes, not over exotic but a full mouthful nonetheless. Jasper Morris 91 - 93 |
