The vineyard is located at the foothills of the Andes, At 1200 m.a.s.l. Its thermal amplitudes contributes to obtaining fully ripened grapes with an excellent acidity. The grapes are hand-picked and the vineyard is certified organic. Bright yellow color with tropical aromas, citrus and lime notes. It has a very balanced and structured palate with a long and persistent finish. This wine goes well with seafood, chasse and pasta dishes with cream sauces. |
