| Description: | Terroir & Vineyard. The vineyard of Domaine Roche has 15 hectares of vines with an average age of 50 years. This allows a very deep roots, causing a great exploitation of land and a full expression of the terroir. It is distributed in the municipality of Cairanne between the plate of "Garrigues' consisting of soil pebbles formed of red clay which thrive optimally Grenache and Carignan old and the land of the" Mountain ", formed by land of hills of white limestone clay, facing south, favorite place for Syrah. Vignifications & Ageing. The harvest of the Estate are exclusively hand. A sorting is done in the vineyard to avoid prolonged contact with grapes that may be of lower quality. Arrival winery, the grapes are de-stemmed entirely. Each parcel is vinified separately in thermo concrete vats for the Grenache, and thermo regulated stainless steel vats for Syrah.
