Rita Ferreira loves the grape so much, she planted it ten years ago at 600m elevation. Two years aging in the bottle and no dosage after disgorgement leads to a fresh, vibrant nose of green apples, kumquot, white pepper, and white flowers and a dry, acidic but weighty palate. |
