Continuing to the palate cooked black cherry compote, black pepper, dried herbs and char. This is dry wine with medium acidity, medium plus - fine grained tannins, full body wine that decently has a lot to say. Will need about an hour of decanting, but Worth the wait. Especially with the long finish which will leave you wanting. |
