The freshness in this soil combined with the exposure and the elevation contribute for a long cycle of ripening of the Nebbiolo grapes. We have enjoyed from beginning the distinctive character of the Ravera vineyard where the minerality of the aromatics match with an austere, linear, precise structure lifted by vivid acidity. |
