| Description: | With fermentation finishing in bottle, you'll find some spent yeast cells at the bottom of the bottle. This is a sparkling rosé made as a Pét-Nat from the local Fortana grape variety. Mirco Mariotti is fond of card playing and plays Sèt e Mèz (similar to Blackjack). This comes from the Fortana grape variety on the coastal area of Emilia-Romagna in an area called Bosco Eliceo which has an elevation of -1 meter. The soils are sandy with a touch of clay and limestone and the vines are a combination of 80 years old and pre-phylloxera 100 year old pie franco. |
