So Laura asked Roy, do you dare to make a sparkling Rosé like Paul Ruinart that I like so much? To which Roy replied: I think I can make an even better one. And so this wine was born, from our desire to drink a refreshing sparkling wine! a summer afternoon! Roy selected the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir plots in Tupungato, Valle de Uco, to make this blend, the Domaine Nico Brut Rosé. |
