| Description: | The first absinthe to be commercially released in France after the ban was lifted in the late 1990s. Based on (probably) the worldÕs oldest absinthe recipe, this collaboration with the Museum of Absinthe south of Paris is a labor of love and well worth it. Uniquely made from 3 varieties of wormwood (grand, petit, genepi), this is intense and complex, with pungent aromas of anise, fennel, coriander, roots, and mint. Dilute with water. |
