| Description: | "collines Rhodaniennes" The "Les Vignes d'à Côté is a great representation of de-classified Syrah coming to us from the south of France. This pure Syrah is sourced from vineyards in Chavanay, essentially granite-infused soils. It is destemmed at harvest; fermentation is in open-top cuves with a two-week maceration. Approximately eight months of elevage in a mix of stainless steel and small barrel. Licorice, herbs, anise, big with bold earth, bacon. |
