The schist, limestone and sandy soils provide lightness to the wine which is only enhanced by neutral French barrels. A Beaujolais-like-banger with baking spices, cedar wood potpourri, savory earth and juicy grape flavors. An amazing creamy texture, strawberries, sweet red plums, herbs and a convincing grip on the finish. |
