| Description: | The "Les Vignes d'à Côté is a great representation of de-classified syrah that is coming to us from the south of France. This pure Syrah is sourced from vineyards in Chavanay, essentially granite-infused soils. The Syrah is destemmed at harvest, fermentation is in open-top cuves with a two week maceration.
