| Description: | Barrell Batch 030 is aged in a group of tropical fruit-forward 5-year-old Indiana barrels and a number of stone fruit-forward 10-year-old high-rye barrels plus a group of 6-15 nut forward barrels After a month of hanging out separately, these casks are carefully blended together until each barrel imparts its unique characteristics to the equation. Wheated bourbon from Kentucky and Wyoming was added at the end for extra complexity. |
