| Description: | Sourced from vineyards outside Arlington, Oregon, along the Oregon side of the Columbia River, this wine is inspired by the great white wines of the Rhone region in France. Fermented in three separate lots for complexity and diverse character: a co-ferment in stainless, Viognier in small stainless barrels, and Roussanne in neutral French oak barrels. A blend of 65% Viognier, 35% Roussanne, the Viognier provides tropical and floral notes, as well as the overall weight, with the Roussanne contributing structure, acidity, diverse fruit elements, along with a distinctive ginger spiciness. This will pair well with grilled salmon or chicken salad. |
