The nose opens on white flower, citrus and wild mint notes, with a mineral touch. Frank, fresh and elegant attack. On the palate, the wine is mineral, harmonious and rich, with a long and persistent finish.\r\nVINEYARD - These vineyards cover the hilly slopes of Aloxe-Corton and Savigny-l\u00e8s-Beaune. There are only four Premier Crus Pinot Noirs: \u201cLes Fichots\u201d, \u201cEn Caradeux\u201d, \u201cCreux de la Net\u201d, \u201cIles des Hautes et Basses Vergelesses\u201d. Two new \u201cclos\u201d have also received the appellation Premier Cru: \u201cClos du Village\u201d and \u201cClos Berthier\u201d.\r\nVARIETAL - 100% Chardonnay\r\nAbout Maison Champy\r\n\r\nMaison Champy runs a large part of its 21 ha of vines on the C\u00f4te de Beaune \u2013 especially in Pernand-Vergelesses \u2013 organically in order to preserve and highlight the true character of this exceptional terroir.\r\n\r\n\r\nPrecision wine growing is Maison Champy\u2019s objective.
