| Description: | This 100% Syrah wine is the result of Flam's efforts to grow the best grapes year after year and to preserve the purity & softness of the fruit. The Syrah grapes are grown in the Ben Zimra & Dishon vineyards in the Upper Galilee where the climate is moderate and yields are kept extremely low. When ripe, they carefully hand harvest the grapes in the early morning hours and make sure the grapes arrive at the winery in perfect condition. 100% Syrah. The vision of Flam winery was born in Tuscany in 1996. While on a fascinating tour amongst the splendid wineries of this enchanting region, Gilad & Golan Flam decided to build a boutique winery in Israel, which would be surrounded by superb vineyards and would be the source of the best possible Israeli wines. In 1998, this dream became a reality when Golan & Gilad established the winery in the Judean Hills. Their mother, Kami Flam, joined them as a founder & active partner, drawing from her extensive background as a businesswoman and contributing to the great success. |
