| Description: | Located on the southern slope of the Otxaran-Zalla mountains, in the heart of Bizkaiko(Biscay) near Bilbao. Produced from the traditional native grape 80% Hondarribi Zuri with a 20% addition of Folle Blanche (Picpoul). No effervesce in this bottle with a little bit more weight but the same electric acidity. Aromatic and floral with green melon, tart green apple, pears, pineapple, lychee and small amounts of fresh cut grass. |
